I recently bought a car from Mycar in Richmond. The man I dealt with was Mike F[redacted]. He was very helpful in helping me purchase the vehicle I had chosen from the lineup on line.He took his time in explaining everything to me.When I went to pick up the vehicle he took the time to show me where everything in the vehicle was and how it all worked.I would gladly go back in the future to purchase another vehicle here.

Our SUV died and we went looking online for some likely prospects in the used car space. On a whim, we went into MyCar. We were greeted in a friendly fashion and escorted to the next available salesman, who was seated at his very tidy desk. We settled in and together drafted a list of what we were looking for. He selected some possibilities from the lot and we went to sit in them. That knocked a few out of the running. One looked exceptionally fine. We took a test drive. Did I mention it also had an exceptionally fine price? We loved it. Sold. With a deal we couldn't refuse. Our salesman methodically walked us through every tiny detail to complete the purchase process. We arranged to return at our earliest opportunity, and the car was waiting, shining in the sun. Great vehicle, great price, great sales care. Courtesy, fairness, and attention to detail. We'll be back to MyCar when our other car dies.
