Review: On November 12, 2013, I attended a presentation held by Lafayette Credit Union at the [redacted]. At the event, [redacted], of Lafayette, offered as a promotion a $50.00 account credit if I would sign up for both a checking and savings account with the credit union. I signed up for the accounts and funded the accounts as directed by the terms of the promotion. **. [redacted] later confirmed via email that I was entitled to the $50 promotional credit as I had satisfied the terms of the agreement. However, to this date I have not received the $50.00 credit to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive $50 credited to my account.

Member did indeed qualify for the promotion of $50,00. Credit was issued to the account as of 2/12/14 to fulfill terms of promotion. We contacted the member 2/18/14 after receipt of complaint to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and notify member of the earlier issuance of the promotional credit. Member unavailable and we left a message. Follow up occurred on 2/21/14 to further ensure customer satisfaction.
