I love the flavor?? so delicious. Downside it’s a bit hard to navigate the website. I’ve need help with the resent situation to reduce or pause my subscription and it a very hard thing to do. Hopefully in the future it Becomes more user friendly.

Loved this company in the beginning until they switched ingredients in their main product, Lady Boss Lean, by adding an artificial sweetener, and did not tell anyone. I was on an automatic shipment and received my order with the new product that had the artificial sweetener in it. The bag even said there were no artificial ingredients and the product did in fact have an artificial sweetener in it! So sneaky. They have since changed the bag. I can not have artificial sweeteners at all because of medical conditions I have. The main reason I started using Lady Boss Lean was the fact that it had no artificial sweeteners.
I was not notified of the the change of ingredients. I did not authorize the shipment they sent. I authorized the original product, not the changed product with the harmful ingredient. The kicker was that although they took the product back, they charged my credit card and sent something to me that I did not authorize and then I had to pay the return postage to send it back! So wrong!
They claimed that they did not try to keep the change a secret and that they meant no harm to anyone. If they meant no harm and didn't mean to keep the change, of ingredients a secret, then why didn't they tell us and let us decide if we wanted the new product? Very underhanded, dishonest and sneaky.
They own me the return postage for the product they sent to me without my authorization. I would never trust any company that changes a product and doesn't notify their customers. They knew what they were doing was wrong and they just hoped that no one would notice. Sneaky and underhanded and dishonest people run this company. Very dissatisfied former customer!

As of last year, we changed our ingredients for Lean. Once this was done, we informed our customers by positing in the LadyBoss Community and sending out an email. We understand this information went public after some had received their new Lean. Due to this, we honored the returns for those who did not want the product with sucralose in it. After looking into your account, I did not find a transaction that was not authorized. Instead, I see that we received an email from June 2019, where you requested to return the unopened product because you couldn't have sucralose. Although our return policy states we do not cover shipping, please know that you received a refund for the full amount. I am happy to find that our team was able to support you through this. Also, your subscription was canceled as requested on June 10th, 2019. With this information, we can show that we did not charge or ship an unauthorized order. Your last purchase made with LadyBoss was in May 2019, which has been fully refunded. We truly value and appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve while we continue to grow. Well here I go. I was really excited heard good things. Let me tell you customer service s***. I can't get anyone to help me with my issues. Lady Boss keeps closing my case before I have had a chance to talk to anyone. I have left to messages and sent several emails and nothing. I ordered my vanilla cake shake on 5/20, but because I did it through paypal they said it was not integrated into their system yet. If that's the case why did they allow orders through paypal. I received the wrong order today finally, but it is still wrong. Worst customer service ever!!

I ordered 3 bags of the lady boss lean and subscribed so I could get it ASAP. AFTER purchasing it I was Informed it wouldn’t be shipped until April 20th because it was out but was promised it would immediately ship out on that day. I still didnt receive the bags until 8 days later on the 28th and a week later the powder is clumpy and won’t break apart. During this hard time wanting something to help make myself feel better this has made me feel nothing but frustration and disappointment. Will be canceling membership. I have tried to online but have to call in and am on hold forever.

After looking into your account, I see that you reached out asking when your order would be shipped as you were already aware that it would be shipped out by the 20th. Our team responded by sending your tracking number to you and reminding you of the backorder that was agreed upon during checkout, causing the delay.Upon checkout, our customers were initially warned that their product would not ship until April 9th. Unfortunately, we were notified by our manufacture that we would be delayed additionally till the 20th due to the pandemic. For any customers who purchased before April 3rd, expecting their order to be shipped on the 9th, an email was sent apologizing and informing them their orders would ship out on the 20th.We also updated our checkout on April 3rd, to explain that the new shipment date for backorders would be on April 20th. For anyone who purchased on or after that additional delay, agreed during checkout that their order would not be ready to ship until April 20th. Your order was packaged on the 20th, label created on the 21st, and picked up to be shipped out on the 22nd. I am so sorry for the delay and frustration that it caused. We are so thankful that you reached out and provided feedback as this will allow us to better prepare for situations in the future.To make this right, I have processed a full refund for the 3 Bags of Lean of $126.25 on us. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect your account.In my experience, I noticed that it helps to use a blender when mixing the powder to avoid any clumping. I joined Ladyboss a year ago and things were going well and I enjoyed the products. I was scheduled go to Ladyboss Live 2019 in October. One October 10, 2019 my husband had and accident and fell and broke his leg requiring surgery the next day when the conference started. My husband was going to drive me as I have PTSD and anxiety about driving alone so we were not able to make it. The brake was so bad it required a second surgery 10 days later. I paid $297 for my ticket and I was told that it was too late to give me a refund, but I could give it to somebody as long as I didn't advertise it in the community. Well how else was I going to get rid of it? You had to be a Ladyboss to go for one and everyone is all over the place. Someone would of had to make flight arrangements. I was so excited about going. It was the first time in years I was doing something for me and couldn't wait to see all of my fellow Ladybosses. It was hard enough dealing with my husband being in the hospital and then a nursing home because I am disabled and he was MY caretaker. It just broke my heart and he promised that he would sure I got to go the next time. So I started emailing support and explained my situation and was denied because they don't reimburse after a certain date, well hell I purchased my ticket after that date so that didn't help me. Then I asked when I would receive my swag from the conference and they said I wouldn't get it because I didn't make it to the conference. What? So, I just threw money to the wind and got slapped in the face. (Figuratively) I have been so disappointed with the company ever since. I have not been able to focus or continue with the program. I'm not in the community, I tried to join a 28 day challenge but couldn't even start it.

We apologize as we understand how upsetting it was not being able to attend the Live Event last year. Unfortunately, we were unable to process a refund as it was too far outside of the date to do so. In the screenshot attached, you will see the dates for a refund had passed before the customer purchased her ticket on 8/29. This message was also shown during check out and agreed upon.
Please know, I am so sorry for everything that you and your family had to go through last year as well. After talking with you, I was so excited to discover your passion for LadyBoss and how much this journey has impacted your life. I am glad that we were able to speak and come to a resolution together.
I found that you had purchased from each of the flavor drops, but for our most recent one in April, we sold out before you were able to. I was saddened that you missed out and saw that you had emailed in about this on 4/23. Since we were unable to provide a refund for the Conference, our product team wanted to send one of our saved bags of PB Cup Lean and a shaker on us. To make this right, we have also sent the recordings for the last 3 years of LadyBoss Live events on us for a total value of $167.00.
We are so thankful for this opportunity to make it right. I can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate your support in LadyBoss. We can’t wait to hear more about your journey and to continue celebrating all of your victories.
