Customer service & pleasing our customers is very important to us at Lady Savannah We strive to go above & beyond to keep our customers happy Most customers are happy to resolve issues and we take care of problems that come up in a timely manner This is the time line of events as we recall from this customer transaction Customer purchases dress in AprilThe dress was picked up in July from our store The customer loved her dress & no defects or problems are notedWe’re not contacted again until September regarding any problems with this dress The customer calls & we tell her we need to see the dressThe brother of the customer brings in the dressOur salesperson takes picture of the dress & assures her brother she will contact the manufacturer about this issue The brother tells us to contact the customer directly with what we find out The dress in question was from our Montage line and we immediately contacted our sales representative & vendor The manufacturer assured us this style did not have any known quality issues, defects or problems This dress appears to have been snagged and the issue is not from a factory defect Our vendor, is unable to offer refund or discount for this dress At this point, we call the customer back & tell her we cannot refund her money This dress was purchased in April & picked up in July The customer had this dress in hand for months (July until the wear date of Sept6th) The customer mentions in the complaint letter needing alteration for length but the cost was $ In our opinion, this cost seems extensive for only an adjustment to the length/hem so we question if more alterations were done on this dressAlthough we cannot offer a refund for this dress, we would be happy to offer 25% off a future shopping date for this customer [redacted] Owner Gina AJensenOffice Coordinatordirect line: [email protected]

time line of events as we recall from this customer transaction.  Customer purchases dress in April. The dress was picked up in July from our store.  The customer loved her dress & no defects or problems are noted. We’re not contacted again until September regarding any problems with this dress.  The customer calls & we tell her we need to see the dress. The brother of the customer brings in the dress.
