Review: After being a customer on 11/17/13 the amount charged to my charge card was altered after it was given to me for approval. I had X'ed out the lines for a tip and new total. I left a generous cash gratuity. when I discovered the discrepancy on my charge card statement it took four tries over a period of 2 weeks before being able to speak to a manager. I explained that my complaint was not because the small amount of money involved but the fact that someone in his business had to intentionally change the amount. This is fraud.my intent was to find out how It happened. obviously the person would not do it just one time for $.75.the manager's attitude was that it would be a lot of work for him to look through a pile of paper work. he did agree to look into the matter and call me back. after over a week and 2 calls back to the restaurant I still have not been able to speak with him again and he has not returned my messages left. as of Jan. 7, they told me a manager would be in Friday Jan. 10.Desired Settlement: I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider for the difference in my bill and what was submitted to my account.I want a full refund from Lady N'awlins of the amount I approved as well as the $2.00 cash tip I left. Most importantly I want an explanation of how it occurred and why the manager refused to address my concerns.
