Review: Last month I reserved 35 tickets for the Oct. 5th foliage cruise. I was charged $949.70 to my [redacted] card and was told the next $949.70 would be charged on Sept. 12th. Due to family medical reasons and other reasons I called and emailed the Lady [redacted] saying I am cancelling the tickets. I was told that because I was 2 days late which included weekend I missed the cancelation policy per contract and would have to pay the 4949.70 unless the company was able to sell the tickets I had reserved. I immediately called my [redacted] and filed a grievance. The woman at Lady Kathreine stated agian that if they can sell the seats my money would be given back off my credit card. I checked today and found out that they did indeed sell out the cruise per their web site but I am still being billed on my [redacted]. I called [redacted] tonight and they agree that Lady [redacted] is double dipping and charging me plus 35 other people, This is illegal. I sent Lady [redacted] an email again tonight and haven't hear back. All I want is my $949.70 credited to my [redacted] card.Desired Settlement: I just want the charge removed off my credit card. I can't afford to pay this extra amount for services which never took place. Thank you.
