Review: Were very disappointed in the lack of service weve received from this business. No one is getting back to us on several inquiries we have made regarding the status of our [redacted] tractor arms. A timeline of the events that have taken place since September, 2013 are as follows:09/13/13: My wife phoned this business to inform them of the issue with the [redacted] tractor we purchased from them; the fact that the tractor came without the 2 arms with 3 point hitch. She was told we would receive a call back from [redacted].09/17/13: Since Mr. [redacted] did not return our phone call we decided to follow up with him via email; explaining the problem in writing. (If necessary a copy of this email can be provided.)09/23/13: Mr. [redacted] had not responded to our phone call or to our email message. Therefore, my wife called him to follow up. She was told the business had looked around for the tractor arms but hadnt found them. She was also told the business had a phone call into the person who originally sold us our tractor, [redacted], but that they had not heard back from him.She reiterated our problem with Mr. [redacted]: We are in the process of swapping out the backhoe which is on the tractor, for a back blade which we plan on purchasing, in order to remove snow from our property this Winter. The backhoe was purchased from this business in addition to the tractor, and it has been on the tractor ever since we purchased it. Once we purchase the back blade, the backhoe will be removed. However, the back blade cannot be attached to the tractor without the 2 tractor arms with 3 point hitch. Mr. [redacted] said hed order the tractor arms; that they should come in in about a week. He said hed call us when they came in, but that we would have to pick them up.10/08/13: After about a week since my wifes last conversation with the Mr. [redacted], we had not heard back from him regarding the tractor arms, so my wife called him again. Mr. [redacted] was busy with a customer at the time.Desired Settlement: On 10/08/13 when my spouse made her last contact with this business, another person who works at the business, said the arms had not come in yet. My wife asked this person if the tractor arms had been ordered. The person said they had been, and that they would let us know when the arms came in.10/21/13: It has been over two weeks since weve been told the arms would be in. We are writing this complaint in hopes that you can assist us with getting our tractor arms.

Response:
To Whom It May Concern,
This is in response to case ID number [redacted] with the Revdex.com.
[redacted] & [redacted] purchase a [redacted] tractor from our dealership on January 31st
salesman [redacted]. In September of 2013 they had contacted us to inform us that they did not
receive their 3 point arms with this tractor when purchased and wanted them. We did not get back to
them right away because we had to do some research regarding this matter because of the length of
time. [redacted] no longer works for our dealership, and the paperwork for this purchase shows nothing along
the lines of this matter. We had delayed this order to see if the customer had the 3 point arms in their
possession beings most all tractors have the 3 point arm on them at the time of purchase. We did order
the 3 point arm assembly for them from [redacted], beings this is not an everyday part it did take a little
longer to get here. We called to inform this customer that their 3 point arm assembly was here before
we were even notified of this complaint. The assembly is here and waiting for them to pick it us. If there
are any further concerns please contact us.
Sincerely,
General Manager

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].
During the time we filed a complaint with you we did receive a phone message from this business. They say the “final pieces are in.” Therefore, we are in the process of making arrangements to pick up the 2 arms with 3 point hitch. Robert and I have agreed to split the cost of this additional equipment with the business, since the original purchase transaction of our tractor occurred several years ago, and the business no longer has a paper trail. (See invoice attached.)
We will be fully satisfied with the business’s resolution to our complaint once the 3 point arms assembly has been picked up, and we know that these are the ones that will fit our tractor. (We are currently in the process of making arrangements to pick these up.) Please keep this case open until such time. Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
