other customers who were also trying to do laundry on a busy Sunday.   The complainants were cussing, rude, and very messy.   The complainants were calling the attendant names, commenting on her weight and making other customers uncomfortable.  Their aggressive behavior led to the attendant calling our local security patrol and she was going to call the Auburn Sheriff's Dept.I know there are many sides to a story and I wasn't there so I cannot verify what actually happened.   We often get rude customers and occasionally our attendants do not handle issues as well as I would like.   Ms. [redacted] has posted her complaint on various social media sites (Yelp and Facebook).   I do not believe her issue warrants additional consideration.
