Lacombe Curb and Concrete

To expensive , cement work was good , way over priced my fault for not getting more bids .the fence was 5' over to far he told us he would move it for the cement work that could not be done because of the leach field. well they have no clue how to do a fence and than took them 4 months to come back and clean there Mess up after I called them. He sent his Kid up to spray the fence and he was a great young man and even he was not happy with the work they did . Unreal. call around for 3 estimates to many crooks up here !

Mr Lacombe was hired as a sub contractor by Brashears Contracting for our concrete work on our patio. We had to file (and won) a complaint with the CA State Licensing Board (CSLB.ca.gov, citation number 2 2020 1586 found under Brad Brashears) against Mr Brashears because of Mr Lacombe’s extremely sub par work (unable to file against Mr Lacombe directly per State regulations even though he did ALL of the work). Be extremely wary when hiring this person. He rushed through the entire project and when we questioned his mistakes, he said it was OUR fault. He literally took our money and ran. He refused to fix his mistakes as mandated by law. If we could have held him personally responsible, we would have. He has absolutely no business ethics whatsoever.

I made an appointment with him, flew to Northern California, and Monday morning, the day of the appt, he didn't show up. He didn't call. I called Home Advisor and got his cell number. Called him, reminded him we had an appointment. He never called back. I waited Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. No show. No call. Nothing. It was a wasted trip.
