Review: Lack's Cleaning "cleaned" my carpet and tile, but when they were done, the carpet and tile were both soiled I was informed at the time of the estimate,that since the tile was color sealed that there might be a "slight shading " difference, but this was not the case. The areas that were clean before the service were clean and those that were soiled are still soiled. I was told that the color seal was missing and that is why the grout was dark almost black. The only problem is that the original grout is beige pink{ light -not dark.} Also I scrubbed a small area that came up clean and showed [redacted], who was not impressed. I told him if I could clean it, he should be able to.Also there were brown areas in the bathroom around the toilet, that were not cleaned. Since the service was not satisfactory I asked for a refund, He said he could re-clean it, but it would look the same. Since it would serve no purpose and I did not want to waste any more of my time, I declined. I had to call him to find out where he was.He was one and one half hours late arriving. In their ad, they state "the Most Thorough Clean You've Ever Seen or it is FREE". I am asking for a full refund of at least the tile cleaning.Desired Settlement: Refund of cleaning fee, at least for the tile
