the existingDuring that call, the service dispatcher did state to the customer of our minimum service and labor chargesThey were ok with those charges and scheduled the appointmentWhat the technician found was when he arrived was the garage was full of personal items impeding the technicians ability to perform any workThe customer should have been conscience of this basic necessity prior to the technician’s arrivalBased on this, the technician should be allowed to charge for his time to drive to the customers home and for the time he spent discussing the options of whether to repair or replace
