Review: LaChance tree removal came out on Nov. 12th 2014 to remove a tree from back yard. To access tree LaChance had to enter through neighbors property at [redacted] which we had permission from them to do. While attempting to access back yard of [redacted] they entered a second property as well and damaged the yard on both properties. I have attempted to contact owner of company on a few occasions since this took place and still have not received a return call. We did not have permission from second property and this property is owned by a bank and neighbor we did have permission from is not happy either and also has attempted to call company with no response either.Desired Settlement: Repair properties that were damaged to both neighbors.

Due to the inclement weather, we were unable to complete the patching of the indentations left on the ground. As soon as weather permits, we will complete the repairs.
