I spoke with Customer about this and we moved the vanity and installed new flooring underneath and reinstalled vanity at no additional cost, after we had already finished that room. she did not want it under the vanity at that time.  The customers Mother feels we are taking advantage of here even tho we did not charge her for the extra work that we did perform.    The customer called and left a message on company voicemail after midnight one night, unclear of the day, but we had already removed vanity and put flooring under it and replaced it before I even had time to listen to the voicemail.              When her daughter was in our store we asked if she wanted a new Vanity, she said not at this time. That is as far as that conversation went.
