Hattori H [redacted] sold me pairs of shearsShears in which I paid for in full in payments, not including a down paymentAfter the shears were paid off, I received no confirmation, other than a verbal one, that my account was paid in fullThe next month I was charged again for a paymentAfter calling FIVE TIMES, I finally got someone on the phoneThey assured me the issue was resolvedAt the end of the month my card was charged againI was forced to go to my bank and get a new debit card with a new numberAfter I took matters into my own hands, they would call me CONSTANTLY asking for payments with an automated phone messageI finally just gave up trying to get through to this company, and moved onAfter all this happened, I check my credit score and they have sent a balance to a collection agency and it is now on my credit scoreHow this even happened is beyond my understandingSo now I have to deal with a collection agency over these paid in full shears, that are garbage
