Good Afternoon,My name is [redacted], and I am the District Manager for Ohio. I have called and spoken to Mr. [redacted] Jr. and we discussed his complaint and the mission of LaborMax Staffing and the logic behind the changes that were made in regard to payroll for his current assignment. I...

explained to Mr. [redacted] that is our mission to as an orginization to strive for 100% satisfaction for our associates and clients alike. I made sure he understood that in the future we will make more of an effort to make sure we speak to each candidate directly, and an effort had been made, but must have failed to get the information that would have avoided the situation directly to him.Mr. [redacted] indicated that he was very satisfied, and has since spoken to the office and we are back on track.  I let him know that he is very important to us, and is a client just like the company we have him placed at, and what we do is equally reliant on maintaining satisfaction on both sides of the equation.Further I invited Mr. [redacted] to call me if he ever had future concerns.Thank You,[redacted]District ManagerLaborMax Staffing[redacted]
