Review: Initially there was an insurance issue to cover my expenses for some lab work I had done but it was in the process of getting resolved so I let the lab know but they continued sending me bills and threatened to put me into collections within 10 days. So I just went ahead and paid it to avoid damage to my credit. My insurance did pay it out within days of my payment being processed, so they owed me back the payment I made. They acknowleged the over payment and Manon from that office said they would be issuing a credit back in the mail. Several weeks had gone back with no responses. So I made another call and learned Manon was now no longer there. After many more follow up calls, [redacted] who I talked with several times said she was working for Dr. Hiserodt who supposably was now handling all the accounting issues but was never available. She asked me to Fax over the details of the amount and a copy of proof of the check that I had issued at the time. I sent the information by Fax as requested. But have since not be able to get a hold of them again by phone and have never received any refunds after 4 months of trying to resolve this. Very frustrated with this Lab company.Desired Settlement: $205.00
