Laboratory Corporation of America

Lab Corp has horrendous business practices. The bill mailed out came from Lab Corp but were for the wrong, unadjusted by insurance amount. Lab Corp proceeded to send several mailings from "LCA Collections" which is a division of Lab Corp. Lab Corp seems to think it's a good business practice to mislead customers with scare tactics and make them think Lab Corp sold their account to a collection firm. Finally "LCA Collections" (Lab Corp) sent me a properly adjusted invoice that I paid the day it was delivered. Unbelievably horrible business practice!
