Review: two advertisements - one from the company web site and the second from [redacted] - advertised two different prices for the same product bundle. The product was the Canon Rebel T3i 16 piece outfit. Both advertised prices included the camera body; 18-55 zoom lens; battery; charger; case; wide strap; tripod, usb; cleaning kit; and screen protector. The [redacted] ad which I brought with me to the store, advertised the kit for $499 under the banner "Closing the store for major renovations". The web site flier which I printed and took with me to the store, advertised the kit for $529. The flier also had attached to it a coupon with the following: "Take additional 20% off" "Not to be combined with any promotions of free bonuses". At the store, I requested the merchant honor the 20% off coupon as applied to the advertised price on the flier ($529) because the flier did not indicate the advertised price was any type of promotion or included any free bonus. The merchant said he would not because that price was a promotion. I then produced the [redacted] ad and asked he take 20% off that advertised price of $499. He refused again claiming that price was a promotional price. He did not claim either advertised kit included any free bonus. I believe the merchant has no intention on honoring that 20% coupon and it is a false advertisement.Desired Settlement: Sell the camera kit as advertised on the flier for $529 less 20% as advertised in the coupon for a total selling price of $423.20.

Response:
The advertisements in [redacted] and at [redacted] offer 20% off items that are not already on promotion or subject to receive free bonuses.
The T3i 16 piece outfit advertized in both [redacted] and at [redacted] is a DSLR and as clearly stated in the add comes with several free bonuses comprising of an one hour class, deluxe case, full sized and screen protector.
This disqualifies the T3i 16 piece outfit from receiving an additional 20% off.
Consumer
Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The September *, 2013 [redacted] ad (attached) does not indicate that any of the items mentioned by the business are Free. Rather, it advertised a price of $499 for the 16 piece Kit which includes the Canon Rebel T3i, Canon 18-55 Zoom lens; Battery; Charger; Case; Wide Strap; Tripod; USB; cleaning kit; and Screen protector - which actually only comprise 11 items not 16 as advertised. Furthermore, the web site ad with attached coupon (attached), showed the same kit for $529 with a large banner above stating "Take Additional 20% OFF".
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
