This company, LABEL, *** specifically Carly H resorts to spamming. I have never done business with them. I do not wish to do business with them. They continually send unwanted emails to me. I have requested to be removed from their emailing list on numerous occasions, but they don't listen. I would leave a zero star if it was allowed.

Label spams me daily with an unsolicited email asking me to come in for a fitting. I've complained before, speaking directly to founder Jeremy M[redacted], and they still persist so I am filing a complaint. Here's the email:

Review: I ordered three shirts from Label in April 2015. The shirts arrived and they do not fit. I called and emailed Scott Kappmeier to get the issue resolved. I went back into Labels office on [redacted] to return the shirts and get remeasured by Scott in order to have the shirts sized properly. He re-took the measurements and told me he would have the shirts back and sized properly within 6 weeks. Eight weeks later the shirts still did not arrive. I emailed Scott again that I wanted a refund and I could not wait any longer on this . His response email was that there were product issues with one of the shirts and I would have to wait a few more weeks..... I waited a few more weeks and got the shirts. They still do not fit. They are the same shirts I gave back to him. I have not emailed him twice once to ask for a refund and to come pick the shirts up and another email letting him know I will have my lawyer file a complaint and claim in court if we need to go that route. He still has not responded.Desired Settlement: I have waited almost a year for three shirts. I want a full refund of my money.
