Review: I have contacted this company's billing and collections department over ten times to request documentation from them. To date they have failed to provide me with a proper bill stating why this amount is owed or a copy of the itemized statement. I have contacted them by phone and spoken to multiple representatives. I have sent multiple emails that have been ignored. The company stills sends multiple threatening collection letters. They also call and hangup multiple times a day.Desired Settlement: Zero balance and verification of zero balance in writing from company.
