This company charged me a cancellation fee despite being able to come in. I was feeling ill and they had me reschedule, which would have been fine if they didn't charge me a cancellation. I am a cancer patient and had to get chemo the morning ofthis was not only unprofessional, but also discriminatory and against ADA laws. Additionally, their cancellation policy has changed multiple times throughout COVID. I have been told before it was being waived for ill patients, and now the story is different.
