Review: LAAM Custom Motorcycle Seats refinishes stock motorcycle seats into custom seats. To do this the seats must be removed from the motorcycle (making it inoperable) and sending them to LAAM ahead of an appointment date set by LAAM. My scheduled appointment date was June 4 2015. My seats arrived to him via UPS on June 2. I received an email from LAAM on June 1 (after my seats had shipped) that they are running 2 weeks behind. I sent an email on June 18 (two weeks after my scheduled appointment) requesting an update. I received a reply stating I should expect to hear from them by June 29. That is the last time I've heard from them despite multiple email attempts and many phone calls. I have been without the use of my motorcycle since May 26 when I shipped the seats to LAAM. I no longer want LAAM to do any work on the seats and I simply want my seats back without the alterations. They refuse to reply to my requests to send back my seats. Is this something you can assist with? Is this a police matter?Desired Settlement: I would like my seats returned to me without the alterations.

Review: I sent my motorcycle seat to [redacted] for a warranty adjustment. Prior to sending the seat in [redacted] and I spoke and he was expecting it. He received the seat and sent me a note on 11/17 that he would be shipping it back on 11/18. He even provided a FedEx tracking number ([redacted]) for the shipment.FedEx tracking shows a label was printed on 11/17 however it still has never actually shipped. I've called and emailed [redacted] multiple times (including today) and he does not returned any of my calls or messages.Desired Settlement: I would like to actually receive the adjusted seat. If it's actually been lost or damaged I would like [redacted] to pay the full replacement cost for a matched set (Rider and Passenger) of Triumph heated seats for a Tiger Explorer.

Review: I sent my motorcycle seat to [redacted] Custom Seats to have it re-built and recovered. I sent payment via Paypal and he received his payment. This was way back in the first of February. I talked to [redacted] the owner on numerous occasions and he said he shipped my seat back on March 31st. I have not received my seat as of April 29th. He will not return any of my phone calls now. His web site says he will call or sending a tracking number etc. He does not follow through what is on his web site and does not deliver material back. He also charges more then what he quotes over the phone. This is a real bad company to deal with. Payment has been made, but product has not been delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like my seat returned or a new replacement as soon as possible.

Review: Website advertised custom motorcycle seat making and after reviewing reviews felt this was a good choice for my needs. I sent my order on their website in mid-February, 2015. I didn't hear anything until I received a phone call on March 24, 2015 from [redacted]. She indicated she was going through some aged emails and inquired if I was still interested in having work completed. I agreed and she set-up a date to have my seat done on April 24. I shipped my seat on April 22, 2015 via FedEx. I didn't hear anything on 4/24 and made inquiry. I received a call back from [redacted] on Tuesday, 4/28 indicating they were behind on orders and would commit to completing on Friday, 5/1 or early in the week of 5/4. I called on Tuesday, May 5, received no answer, left message. Called again on Wednesday, May 6, no answer/left message, called again on Friday, May 8, no answer/left message. As of today, May 12 I still have not heard from this company.Desired Settlement: At this point, please return my seat. This company cannot be trusted and should not be in business. Other consumers should be made aware of this to prevent further consumer complaints.
