We were trying to satisfy the customer under lzboy warranties, however, that was not possible. As a result a week ago we gave the customer a full refund. This matter has been handled to the customer's satisfaction.

I would like to say I am satisfied with the refund. However it only came after calling out the VP of sales and marketing of rating his own company on a few sites to raise the company's customer rating. Prior to doing that I was told they couldn't do anything except wait for the part. But in the end I did get the refund I was told I couldn't get

I did purchase the furniture from my local store in O'fallon MO. so I need to report it as such...I thought that I was reporting the company as a whole
