Review: In August 2014 we purchased a patio set at [redacted]. The set was on sale for $239 plus tax. Because we were still in the process of moving to our new home and our son was hospitalized at the same time, it took us a few weeks to open the box and set up the patio set. The love seat was done first and it looked great. The table had no issues either. The set also included two chairs. Assembling the chairs was really hard because the pieces had holes to screw them in together and the holes did not match each other. I contacted the company (the instructions said not to contact [redacted], to go directly to LaZBoy company) I let the, know what issues we were having and they mailed a replacement for the side panels. After trying the new side panels we noticed they had the same issues. I contacted the company again and they send a replacement seat panel. Again, this did not resolve the problem. [redacted] told me they can replace the back panel but they are back ordered. I told them all I want is the two chairs already build and nothing else. [redacted] was very specific in letting me know that they wont send me two build chairs. They will only keep replacing the parts. At this point I just want a refund. I dont want to keep collecting parts that dont work and not be able to use my merchandise. They have a copy of the receipt.Desired Settlement: Refund of $239 plus tax.
