I had got a call From Mrs Koenig complaining about the seat on one of her chairsI had a seat sent to her home and assigned it to our outside service vendor to go to her home and install the seatWhen the tech arrived to install the seatA decision was made not to install the seat,
because of other issuesMrs *** and I spoke a couple of times and she agreed to forward me some photos of the other issuesThat way I could forward the claim to La-Z-Boy IncI did get one photo but we were making a claim on two chairsI can not move forward with just one photo.Now the big picture is, La-Z-Boy Galleries Indy is changing it's Business Model. The local warehouse and service will no longer be in businessI will no longer be the service Manager, nor will I have access to this email accountStarting March 16th all service calls will be handled by La-Z-Boy IncIt is known as Comfort CarePlease have Mrs *** call back after 3/16/to 855-802-They will send a rep to her home to handle this situationI'm sure La-Z-Boy Inc will handle this much better than myselfMy Hands are tied as I've been very limited to making decisions for the local company
