I bought and paid for a table at La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in *** I was informed that delivery would take place within 2-3 weeks. After numerous phone calls to the *** Store Manager (Eli) (January 13, 23; February 5, 7, 24), as well as to the corporate help line (800-375-6890) on February 24 and 26, they claim not to know where my table is. Store says it was shipped to the *** warehouse but no one knows what happened to it. At this point, it has cleared my credit card and they are in breach of contract.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I SPOKE TO *** MONDAY AFTERNOON IMMEDIATELY AFTER SHE HAD CALLED OUR
CORPORATE OFFICE. *** HAD SPECIAL ORDERED A TABLE FROM A SISTER COMPANY
CALLED *** THE TABLE HAS BEEN ON BACK ORDER BUT IT WILL COME WITHIN 18 DAYS
AS QUOTED BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT WE SPEAK TO FROM ***
THAT I WAS VERY SORRY AND TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DELAY I OFFERED A 5O DOLLAR
DISCOUNT TO HER TABLE THAT IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CREDITED BACK TO HER CARD.
