We had bought a brand new 2016 mobile home in May 2016. Right away we noticed that the trim was uneven and walls were not sanded level. We asked to get a walk-through with them and they said they do not do walk-throughs. So after that it was just one thing after another. We have leakage in both bathroom vents when we got rain with wind. we were told that sometimes happens. I informed them this was brand new. That was just the start of the whole thing. We had an inspection done, and we're advised to have a new one or money back. So I could go on but the end of the story is we moved out. I believe we could have won but we knew they would keep us in court for a long time and we could not afford that. I have documented proof on uneven structure, roof looking 20 years old (no ventilation on roof) and more. Just want no one to go through what we went through. This was suppose to be our forever home. You don't spend almost 80 thousand for trash. Thank you
