La Vista Inn Motel

Review: the people who run this hotel refuse to fix shower leak. its causing mold in the carpet and all over the wall. the dead bolt on the door has been removed and replaced with duct tape. the guy who runs this hotel has just walked in to my room several times with out knocking. there is no fire alarm in my room and an empty extinguisher. the heater is a death trap. he refused to fix the gas leak till another guest called the cops and they turned it off and forced him to get it fixed. I have a 3 month old baby, we have lived here for over 2 months. a couple days ago I was here alone and he just walked in. and when I told him he couldnt be in my room with me alone, he had to wait for my husband to be home he said I had to leave. when I told him I had rights he said "not in my hotel, I come in everyday when ever I want. when I asked about the mold and if he was going to fix the leak he said he would just paint over it that was 3 weeks ago he has not fixed anything. he did give me permission to remove the carpet in my room. I did. the water flows from the wall behind the shower. I have talked to other tenants they have the same leak and mold issues. and they have lived here longer than me. the air conditioner doesnt work. leaving my room with no proper ventilation. the stove does not work properly. the wall out let looks as if it has caught fireDesired Settlement: I dont have money to go to a safer hotel. I gave it all to this hotel before the mold was discovered. this place needs some one else to run it . this guy doesnt care about anything here. please help the people who r forced to live here because we cant afford to live anywhere else
