Review: On May **,2014 I ordered on line a reebok 610 recumbent exercise bike from [redacted] and on June *, 2014 I ordered a reebok 1210 elliptical from [redacted]. I purchased an installation process from [redacted] for my equipment to be assembled and [redacted] made arrangements for this business to come and perform the installation, in which they did on 6/**/2014. Upon installation my floor was damaged in the process and the equipment was not assembled properly the same day I called and made a complaint with the installation company and [redacted] and to date the only thing that has been paid for is my floor. I have exercise equipment that is taking up space the 610 recumbent bike is malfunctioning continuously repeating peddle and as I continue to peddle the screen goes blank no timer, no calorie, no pulse. The elliptical is grinding and squeaking because it was not assembled properly one of the parts was not used I have it in my possession.
