La Valencia Hotel

Review: I recently stayed at the hotel on 2/8 -2/9. When I arrived my room was not ready until 6:00pm and they also tried to located me to a different hotel. After that the next day they charge $937.00 for a room that was already paid for by my brother. Then 2.5 months later they charge me and additional $263.25 for a night that I did not stay. In additional they never called me to explain the situation instead [redacted] emailed my brother and never emailed or called me to discuss the situation. I have left 3 messages for [redacted] and have not recived a call back. I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again. I feel that the have horrible customer service and have the nerve to charge you credit card without notification.Desired Settlement: If they could refund my $263.25 for a night that I have never stayed.

Hi [redacted],

This was resolved with the guest

on April 25th. One of our Managers incorrectly charged the guest for

a night that the guest thought was cancelled. She contacted the guest according

to the contact info we had on file, but it appeared to have been his brother

who booked the reservation for him.

I personally spoke to the guest

when he had called and I reversed the charges and credited back his credit card

while I was on the phone with him. However, this must have been after he filed

a complaint.
