I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find their response is satisfactory at this time.  I will consider this matter closed, however, once credit has been applied to my credit card statement.  While I understand Tele Dynamics is a distributor and credit is actually due from BoxyBay, Tele Dynamics' involvement was necessary.  Per BoxyBay's instructions, my return was sent directly to Tele Dynamics.  Since BoxyBay denied receipt of my return and would not accept the USPS confirmation of delivery, Tele Dynamics had to confirm receipt of my return.  Based on this, I felt I had no other recourse but to contact your office.While the credit is due from BoxyBay, it would not have been issued without Tele Dynamics input.  I thank Maria at Tele Dynamics for her part in making this situation right, and thank your office for your involvement too.  I trust this matter will get resolved in the near future.
