I looked up Mr*** stay I only see one room checking in for 07-11-unless he put the other room under Another family member name. As I did refund him the stay I found in our system attach are all documents If he booked another room under different name please have him give the name
its’s under and we will be More than happy to as well refund him that room Any question please feel free to contact me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11707422, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Business claims customer has already been refunded his full lamount of repair, rental car and tow bill. (See attached document)

A guest informed us of a needle cap near the outside of the bathroomwe locked the doors to the bathroom and cleaned and disinfected usingthe proper hazardous materials procedures with anemployee trained in the disposal of hazardous materials . Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:That not what happened. The bathroom door was not locked for the remaining 2 hours before it was cleaned up. The attached pictures were taken a half hour after the incident. I didn't take them at first assuming someone would clean it up right away, after a half hour that it was still like that I took the pictures to show others how much this business does not care about their guests.
