Business never contacted us after my discussion with Dr [redacted] on 5/1/which he stated that he is waiving this fee after I explained what happenedI took notes date time during our conversation with Dr***After this apparently either the Dr or the staff dropped the ball and did not cancel this invoice and then they give me to collection agency after a year laterThey stated that they tried to contact me and we ignored for a year which is not truewe have been at the same place for years and not one phone call or mail came from their officeit will be really fun to see how they tried to contact me for a year as they stated abovewe only received invoice and the collection agency mail which I respondedI will be filing a complaint through the Medical Board & Consumer Affairs also regarding unethical and unprofessional acts of this clinicVery poor staffingDr should look into this very carefully since all the reviews state the same thing about their staff
