[redacted] called on Saturday at 11:am, about her upstairs toilet being cloggedSince it was saturday I told her I would have to get in touch with the maintenance man, because the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.She stated that wasnt good enough that she wanted someone out nowI told her that someone would be there within hrsShe prceeded to call me more times that day.I talked with the maintenance manHe was hours away, and he would stop by to check on [redacted] when he came in that nightHe did go check on her that night lateHe was able to get toilet unclogged.I called [redacted] to come out the next day (Sunday)They got her toilets uncloggedThey stated she had been flushing feminine products, wipes and paper towels down the toilet.Thank you, [redacted] ***Property ManagerLa Plaza, LLC [redacted]

All her repaire have been taken care ofWe cannot do anything about the carpet because ahe is a hoarderSo, we cannot assess where any carpet damage or mold is.I have attached pictures to give you an idea of what we are dealing with.As far as being locked out of her apartment, she came to me on 1/3/and told me she could not get int o her apartentI told her maintenance would be there that day to get her in since dshe could not go through her back door because of all the stuff against her back doorI told her we would chang ethe locks if it needed it.I went to her apartment with maintenanceThe bottom door knob would not workI told maintenance to change the locksShe was not home at that time so I left her a message that we change the locks and that she could pick the lock up at the officeIF she couldnt pick it up before 6pm I would put it in an envelope and tape it to her doorAt 7pm she was not home so I put it on her door.She gave me her notice that she would not be renewing her lease on 1/25/

that someone would be there within 24 hrs. She prceeded to call me 8 more times that day.I talked with the maintenance man. He was 4 hours away, and he would stop by to check on [redacted] when he came in that night. He did go check on her that night late. He was able to get 1 toilet unclogged.I called [redacted] to come out the next day (Sunday). They got her toilets unclogged.
