Review: I went to get my hair dyed blonde yesterday (06/12/2014) today is (06/13/2014) from dark brown roots and the rest was dark blonde with a slight orange tint from the bad iron in my water) and now my roots are white and the rest of my hair is dark orange and spotty. My scalp is so badly chemically burned all over my head.They're oozing, burning, scabbing and my hair is a disaster. And I have some hair loss at the top of my head.Desired Settlement: I tried calling and asking for my money back.I was called a liar and said I wouldn't be getting my money back. I have before and after pictures of my hair to show the wreck she left me with and I just want my money back.I don't want her trying to fix it because it is already so bad.

I will refund 1/2 of the $60 if you can find a hairdresser who can correct the redness in your hair. Come back to my shop and show me and I will refund the $30.

I feel like I should be entitled to a full refund for having to walk around with messed up hair waiting for the scabs to heal and having to pay someone else even more money out of my pocket to fix the problem that should never have occurred in the first place.
