second time she came in with the same problem but asking for changing her color, therefore we charge her $ 25.00 for a brand new. If she wants to get a refund, that lady has to come to my salon. And we don't want to do a business with her anymore.
HAT LADY HAS TO COME TO OUR SALON TO PICK UP CHECK. WE WILL ARGUE THIS PROBLEM BACK AND FOR ANYMORE
I am rejecting this response because: She states she did my nails for free which is not true, for a change of color is not a $25 dollar charge, I don't have a bad habit of nail biting and if she does not want my business why is he asking for me to go back? I am just asking her for a refund of $25.00 since I feel she was at fault for not performing her job correctly the first time. Thank You.
Review: My nails were done on a Thursday and by Friday they were all gone because maybe of a product issue therefore I go back 3 days later to get it fixed and the lady charges me after she finishes the work is not guaranteed as published. I am very dissatisfied.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of $25.00
