LA Office Solutions

The comment is so untrue and without merit. LA Office Solutions strives for total customer satisfaction with all customers. Sometimes it is hard to please everybody but that doesn't mean we don't try. [redacted] didn't want to hear the truth. Her issue is with [redacted], not with LA Office Solutions....

This was pointed out to her as soon as we found out what her problem was. She doesn't want to deal with [redacted] because she knows she isn't going to get anywhere, so she figured she could get us to pay for their mistake. Once again the issue/problem is with [redacted], not LA Office Solutions. The issue is [redacted]'s web browser and printing to devices. She is upset that LA Office didn't send out a blast email to our customers. We do notify our customers if they are having that problem. Most of our customers don't have that problem so we as a company deal with it on a case by case basis. If [redacted] would of checked with [redacted] she would of found out that this has been on ongoing issue with [redacted] and their web browser. So she decides to shift the blame to LA Office Solutions. LA Office Solutions does not represent [redacted] etc. or police their on going day to day issues. I tried explaining to [redacted] in a professional manner. It is very hard to try to explain to someone when they are continuing to talk over you. LA Office Solutions will continue to provide [redacted] and her company with excellent service.
