Review: On April **, 2015 I sent a package containing flower roots which my mother purchased, to the [redacted] via this agency. The young lady who assisted me stated that it would be delivered on May [redacted]. When the package was not delivered on this day I called again and was told that that day was an error that the package will be delivered on Thursday May [redacted]. It was also not delivered on that day. When the company was contacted I was told that the package was given to another company ([redacted])for delivery. The pacakge was delivered on Monday May [redacted]. The contents were totally damaged. I would like for a full refund of $40 shipping and $69.41 the cost of the flower roots. About 3 weeks ago, [redacted] contacted me. He offered to give me a reimbursement and that he will call me to tell me when to pick it up at the office where I originally made the transaction ([redacted]). I should have received that call 2 weeks ago. I have tried many times to contact him at ###-###-#### & also the main company telephone number ###-###-#### unsuccessfully. This is not the way a business should be conducted. I'm very unsatisfied and I would not conduct any business in the future with this company. I would rest assure to spread the word to my colleagues, family & friends as well.
