Repeated failed attempts to contact Beth. Voice messages and messages with another at office not returned. Emails not receiving replies in recent months. Promises several months ago completely false as none accomplished. Tax refile over a year ago required completion of additional form and it simply wasn't accomplished.
Client was sent a refund check with tax amendment and apology. There was an issue with an employee that has now been taken care of . We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and work hard and rectifying any situation that the client brings to our attention. We sincerely regret the bad experience he had and hope that we were able to make it up to him. Each client is essential to our success and hopefully this situation is resolved.

This place is awful! We CANNOT get these people to call us back to amend a return that they messed up on! To be totally truthful, we both messed up on it but we just want it fixed. I have been calling since March, 7 months now, and one call was returned and she said she'd get back with me and hasn't done that and it's been months with many more calls to them since with NO return calls. We have found somebody else and will NEVER deal with them again! Don't do it folks if you are considering them!
