on our business line. While looking through records, it does appear we had an employee out on August 27th as he was on his way to another project. From that employees report (now former employee as he took a job elsewhere), he was unable to determine if the leak was caused from our workmanship. I can assume he informed [redacted] of this. It is uncommon for a roof that was installed in January to function without error for over 8 months then all of a sudden create such a problem. Workmanship issues like those would present themselves at the first rain fall. Furthermore, myself and an installer were at the property a few weeks earlier fixing gutter guards.
