Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not satisfied with the response given by [redacted] Jol [redacted] Nursing, based on the following: I had been provided a LETTER in stating I was not responsible for the bill by the Assistant Administrator and was billed multiple times, prior to, and after the new collection agency taking over Now I'm being told they sent an email, stating there is a zero balance, with a certified letter stating the same; which I have not received as of today To rectify this situation, I would prefer a statement from the facility which shows the account as a zero balance, this way I know the account had been written off and the account cleared Regards, [redacted]

I am not the patient which is why I do not need to submit a Hippa form. Thiey have sent me bills when I was not the one under their care. They are trying to bill me and I am not the patient. I had power of attorney when my mom was admitted there, however I no longer have power of attorney. When I did all that information was provided to them. They are now asking for a hippa form when they have been sending me bills since 2013 and were provided with that information at the time she arrived.
