and are committed to Mrs. [redacted], at no cost, to achieve this. It is important for the patient to understand that removable appliance are not natural teeth and are not implants. It is also important to know these appliances are not over the counter purchases that are returnable. They must be send to lab and are made and corrected by expert lab technicians. It does take time and patience and more that 5-6 appointments to correct and use comfortably. Detail of patient condition, and care can not be discussed for patient protection. The only thing I can say is that it is not a routine partial case and it will take longer to be made comfortable, and the patient need to be patient as we are to correct her case. If you have any questions or need further information please contact us. Respectfully yours Dr.[redacted]
Review: I purchased dentures for my elder mother at the recommendation of the dentist. Ever since my mother got her dentures, they did not fit right. They caused her great pain, to the point of cutting her gums and causing terrible headaches. We returned the dentures on 3-4 occasions which each time they need to be sent to the lab, is 10 days. The denture also has a gap that is quite noticeable. We have shared our concerns with the dentist, but she is more concerned about her financial gain over our unhappiness with the finished product. My mother has NOT worn the dentures on a consistent basis, being that they cause severe pain. The dentist IS aware of this. We no longer have the denture and have no desire to continue as her patient.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND.
