La Ilusion Craft

Review: We paid for an arch full of balloons that was suppose to be in their description to me the length of 3 8' tables. La Ilusion Craft was suppose to make it the length of one table and place the rest of the balloons through out the room. On the day of the even they showed up an hour and a half late and created an arch that only had about 15 balloons and place about another 10 balloons through out the room. They left without speaking or notifying the person who made the order. I was charged $100 for 25-30 balloons. When it should have been 3 times the amount.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive at least 75% of what I paid for the balloon decorations.
