Unfortunately, I called this company to tow my low profile vehicleIn the process of my vehicle being load my front bumper was dragged offI told the young man towing my vehicle he had damaged my carHe denied stating my car was already like thatWhen He charged me, I told him I needed a written statement saying he would repair itWe went back and forth until he acceptedNeedless to say they want to repair damaged by placing a screw to hold it in placeFurthermore, I followed them to their business where he tried just snapping it back in placeThat didn't work as they are brokeHis father cracked jokes about the damage and tried to tell me that the plastic pieces that fell off my car were from ant goner vehicle at their shopI told them it was not possible and that if they were from this so called vehicle they would have never made it to location of where my vehicle was picked up
The reason my car was towed was for repair work as my car would not startThis company lacks being accountable for their own damages, honesty and being ethical
