I was charged twice for the same meal. The first charge went through for 34.99 and the second for 47.06.On Sunday November 24th, 2013: The first charge went through for 34.99 due to insufficient funds. However we did not see the charge in the account. So after moving sufficient funds we were charged again for the full price of 47.06. On my bank statement I now see both charges. About a week ago I called and spoke with our waitress, she took my information down and said she would call back but never did. I called today December 6th 2013 and was told I needed to 'fax the proof in'. I asked for the fax number and the call dropped (hung up?). In any case there has been no resolution of getting back the 34.99 overcharge. Desired SettlementI was correctly charged the full amount of 47.06 after being charged 34.99. I would like the 34.99 refunded.
