Review: I ordered over the phone a taxi form La Famila taxi to go from hillside terrece to viola and [redacted]. They told me it would cost 7$. When the taxi came the driver said it would be 8$ to my surprise.he refused to give me the ride for the price I was told over the phone.So I took the taxi anyway. I emailed the company and was told the price is actually 9 dollars and that he made a mistake. I emailed back requesting for a receipt of how much I paid which was for 8$. He emailed me back saying that he can only give me a receipt if I pay the 9$. I tried but to no avail to get a receipt when I was in the taxi but the driver said he didnt have one for me. I believe it is my legal right to have a receipt. I am asking for a refund of 1 dollar and a receipt of how much I paid.
