Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Ben called me immediately after the complaint, he mentioned that he will try his best to repair the furniture and he has been saying that for last three months. Until I get it fixed, I would not close this case. My intention is not to give the company a bad reputation but to get my repair done. His reimbursement is worth is nothing what the furniture cost. He promised that the repair person will give me a call to schedule an appointment within day or two. I have yet to receive a call.
Regards,

Hi [redacted],I received the complaint in the mail today and can assure you we are handling things. I was taken aback being many of his allegations are false, which I have asked him about, and he has apologized. When the incident occurred we repeatedly apologized and immediately offered...
reimbursement, to which he turned down. Though the damage is very small and hardly noticeable, we have continually assured him we will follow through and get things repaired per his request. We don't have a definite timeline, which he had previously been ok with the customer but apparently he was receiving "flack from his spouse". Regardless, I am continuing per his request to have things done and am happy to provide any documentation needed per the Revdex.com. I appreciate your time and help with the matter.Regards, Ben [redacted]La Crosse Movers
