Dispute Resolution Team,
Thank you for contacting us regarding case number [redacted] We had not received any communication from Ms. [redacted] prior to receiving the Revdex.com notice. She had left messages at a voice mailbox that is no longer in service.
Since her complaints have come to our attention via the Revdex.com notice, we have contacted Ms. [redacted] on the phone and resolved the issue.
The first issue which arose on 4.07.14 regarding an incorrect charge for tip has been resolved. Ms. [redacted] ticket total was $55.24. She left a $2.00 tip and the amount mistakenly entered and processed was for a $5.00 tip bringing her total charge to $60.24, a difference of $3.00. We have responded by mailing Ms. [redacted] a refund of her $5.00 which covers the $3.00 discrepancy plus the original $2.00 amount that Ms. [redacted] had left as tip. Ms. [redacted] has said that she is satisfied with this response.
The second issue arose on 5.16.14 regarding an incorrect charge. Ms. [redacted] claimed that her card was mistakenly charged for on the wrong account; not for her ticket but for the ticket of another party at her table. Ms. [redacted] stated that the money had already been refunded to her account and that no other action was required of LA Crawfish Shack.
