Hello Ms***,We are glad to resolve are patient complaint/concern As discussed, I spoke to are patient *** *** regarding why she received a call from a list that were interested in are new ortho program If Ms*** was not interested in braces she shouldnt have been on
list so I apologized for that and we definitely looked into why Ms*** will be in a list that should be for only interested potential patients I also addressed her concern with her insurance being billed without services being performed I assured that is not what we do or can do for having a list of interested patients for Free Ortho consulatations Ms*** seemed satisfied but asked me to make sure she doesn't get billed for services not rendered and I obliged.Thank you,*** ***La Costa Dental***

I am rejecting this response because I was set up for an appointment without my consent and the manager *** assured that he would find out why they set me up on an appointment without my consent and thereafter never called me back or attempted to solve the issueThe only thing he cleared up was that the second time they called me which was recently they were trying to see if I could make it in to a voluntary orthodox appointment but other than that he never resolved why his agents signed me up to an appointment without me setting it up and also having his agent indicate that my daughter whom I don't have made the appointment for meThat is still suspicious and unresolved
