Review: I placed oan order on Aug 8th and was immediately charged 148.97. After a short while I was informed the items were backordered. I said I would wait. Finally LaCense cancelled the order since they are closing down their on-line ordering system and still did not have the item in stock. I have written numerous e0mails where they keep apoligizing for their errors and keep promising a refund. The last I heard from them was the following note recieved end of Nov.

I apologize, I have spent some time looking into this today, trying to clear this up. I will process your refund for this order, I show that it was already refunded in one system, but not the other. Apologize for the frustration on your side, I promise you that I am looking at this right now. You will hear back from me by the end of the day Wednesday the 26th.

I wrote again on DEc 16th asking about the refund and still have heard nothing back. I believe I was more than patient being charged for items 5 months ago and still have no indication they will ever reimburse me. They wrote numerous emails promising refunds which I never recieved.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for product paid for and never shipped in the amount of $148.97.

The customer was refunded for her order on 11/10/14, but the incorrect order was refunded. We have since reached out to the customer and are refunding her the difference between the order that had been incorrectly refunded and the order that was originally supposed to be refunded, a difference of $64.99. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since we are no longer in business, we did not receive the customer's inquiries around the issue and the person who addressed it initially is no longer with the company.
